Training focus: posture, cleavage, waist, elongated muscle mass, stretching.
Training frequency: 4 workouts / week.
Workouts change weekly.
Focus on diet: easy cooking, relatively short cooking time, smart meals (foods that can be consumed more than once), fat burn meals and smart food (foods that support and make you lose weight).
The diet changes every 2 weeks.

Program Details:Shapes by Healthy Lab programs runs for a period of 4 weeks. You can choose to start the program on the 1st or 15th of the current month. It starts on the first Monday of every month, for those who want to join on the 1st, or on the third Monday, for those who want to join on the 15th.
Registrations in the program, respectively the purchase of the program can be done until Friday at the latest for the program that will start on Monday (1st or 15th of the month).
If the purchase day of the program has exceeded Monday (1st or 15th), the start will be from the next available date, duration will be also for a period of 4 weeks.
